Creating a page that allows user to upload content to page

I'm looking to create a simple page that will allow a user to upload content
to the page and then have it immediately posted to that page. Things like
pics, text, etc.

Any help would be appreciated

Sounds like you need PHP of ASP to get that done. I know there is some
Perel programs too.
