Creating a PDF link from publisher

I've uploaded a website and the pdf doesn't open. The pdf is loaded onto the
host, but when I hit the button where the pdf should open, I get the
following message:
To log onto this FTP server, type a username and password.

The website is (e-mail address removed), the bad link is Advertise/Media
Kit.

I'm on Godaddy and when I call support, they tell me I have to upgrade to
Website tonight. However, I have to believe that there is a simple link
error. That said, I don't know web lingo and need real basic information.

If anyone has suggestions, I'd love to hear them. Thank you.
