Creating a printable raffle ticket with serial numbers

I am running a charity raffle and need to start selling tickets ASAP. I have been quoted £80 for printing which is money I dont have. In the guidlines from the charity it says i can send an e-ticket so long as it can be printed or stored electronically. I would like create tickets which can be sent via email, but which cannot be edited. Is there any way to do this - they must also have consecutive unique serial numbers.
