To create your program, you must create a master project. If memory serves
me correctly, the default settings in Project Server 2003 do not allow you
to save a master project, so you will probably need to get your Project
Server administrator to enable that permission. To create a master project,
open a new blank project and then click Insert - Project. Select your first
project and then click the Insert button. Repeat this process for every
project you want to include in the program. A faster way to do this is in
the Project Center page in PWA. Select the light blue row header for each
project using the Control key or Shift key and then click the Open button.
Hope this helps.

Before we give you an answer to your question, you will need to answer a
question for us. What version of Project Server are you using? 2002, 2003,
or 2007? The answer we give depends on the answer you give. Let us know.
Hi,
I went to edit the post but I couldn't view it for the day? We are on
ProjectServer 2003 SP2. I have today used the method of opening the
projects together, however in speaking with the managers this isn't
the "look" they wanted so I have copied and pasted tasks using the
paste special. But I am not sure if this is the best method?
Also, sorry to also ask another question within a question, but I have
a Programme Director, who would like to see the milestone as it was so
for example a milestone on 22 December, which has been pushed to 29th
December, however he would like to see both milestone markers e.g. one
for 22nd and 29th December. What would be the best way of showing this
as the views don't seem to have anything similar that I can see?
Many Thanks
