Creating a project with the PDS that uses custom outline codes

I have figured out how to create a project using the PDS and the code belo
<Request><ProjectCreate><AutoPublish></AutoPublish><Project><ProjectName></ProjectName><StartDate></StartDate><TemplateID></TemplateID></Project></ProjectCreate></Request

My question is: I have several custom outline codes that I need to populate upon creation of the project. How do I do this

Any example would be much appreciated
