Creating a recipient list

How I can create a list of recipients, if I would like to send to my football mates regulary mail so that I do not have to type every time 20 addresses again? How can I use lists that are saved to our exhange server also.

You can use groups (as distribution lists are called in Entourage). You can
create groups by clicking on File>New>Group. Please note that it is best to
keep these groups as small as possible, as some ISPs block messages sent to
a high number of recipients as an anti-spam measure. Unfortunately, groups
can only be stored locally, i.e. they cannot be saved to an Exchange server.
