Creating a report from a query that is driven by a combo box

HI all.

I have just used http://www.fontstuff.com/access/acctut08.htm#top to vreate
a query where a drop down list created in a form is used to select the
correct data.

The next bit I need to do is to create a report.

The only problem is that when I create the report I get a wierd dialogue box
and not the one that should appear that I created in the form.

The Dialogue box is entitled "Enter Parameter Value"

The in the grey bit it says "Forms!Locate Project Data!Combo0"

Can anyone help.
