creating a resource appendix

Hi, I'm trying to create an appendix for a lot of resource
information. Having trouble with the text and alligning
the columns. Also, I want the grid lines to remain on the
printed version- any suggestions????

You can set gridlines to print under File, Page Setup on the Sheet tab.
