creating a resume with word 2007

I know that there isn't a resume wizard for word 2007 but I am wondering if I
can make a resume from scratch just like in wizard? Is there a similar
program as wizard for word 2007? I dont want to use the downloaded templates
because I want to design the layout.

Yeah, you can make one from scratch -- particularly if you want to design the
layout. You usually type your name at the top and then describe your
education and job experience and maybe add a few references. Then you format
it pretty. You load some nice paper in your printer and hit Ctrl-P. Voila!
You don't need a wizard, and when you're done your resume doesn't look like a
hundred others in the pile on the hiring manager's desk.
