Creating a roster by merging information from Excel.

I am looking for a simple template for a membership roster that I could merge
about 200 names/addresses/email/phone and a little more information into from
Excel. I am using Microsoft Office 2003 and am quite familiar with WORD and
Publisher. It is necessary for me to keep the size to half page 5 1/2 x 8.

I would be willing to create the directory with some instructions on how to
start.

Try the Catalog merge in Publisher. It can create great directories.
