Creating a second instance of OneNote shortcut Icon

T

Tablet Convert

I see that he OneNote icon in the notification area can be set tfor a single
click to EITHER launch a sidnote, OR to generate a screen clipping. If the
former, then the latter is accesible via right-clicking the icon first.

[1] If icon is set for single click to generate a sidenote, can a SECOND
shortcut icon be made to appear in the Notification area that alternatively,
through a single click on it, generate the screen clipping? (And can the
image of this icon be respectively changed, to avoid confusion)?

[2] Can this shortcut icon (or 'both,' if #1 above is possible), be copied
to the Quick Launch toolbaror or a Windows toolbar? (Currently, I have my
Quick Launch toolbar appearing in a 'Window's toolbar' that extends
vertically on the right side of my tablet screen in portrait mode).

Quick access to both a sidenote via a single click AND to a screen clipping
command via a single click in this toolbar would be ideal for me.
Thank you!

Set the icon to the Create Screen Clipping setting. Then create a shortcut
that starts OneNote.exe with the /sidenote command-line switch and copy that
shortcut to your QuickLaunch taskbar.
