Creating a secondary lookup using .xml

I have created an .xml file and schema using an export from an Access db
that includes and ID column. I have created my data source connection to the
..xml inside the InfoPath form. The lookup to the primary source works fine,
but when I attempt to link to a second data source I am having trouble.

Any ideas? I've done this before but for the life of me I can't now.
