Creating a shopping cart in FP 2002

I want to create a page on my website where visitors can
select pieces of clipart (by checking a box or
hitting "add to shopping cart"). Then they click CHECKOUT
and they pay via Paypal and then my website automatically
e-mails them the selected pieces of clipart they
purchased. Or it e-mails them a code to unlock a download
page.

Is this possible in Frontpage 2002? Would anyone be
willing to share how to do this? Would anyone be willing
to trade services? I am a freelance cartoonist with over
13 years of experience (see www.findacartoon.com)

I'm a novice at FP and need any help I can get.
