I recently switched from ACT to Outlook for e-mail, calendar and contacts. A
major flaw with Outlook is that it is extremely cumbersome to print a single
envelope or label from the contact database. In ACT, all I had to do was
highlight the contact, go to "file", click "print" and click on the type of
document "envelope, label, address book, etc. from a drop down menu and
print. In outlook it is a 13 step process which takes the user to WORD and
is so time consuming and confusing. I use this function a lot in my business
and am disappointed that Microsoft did not program Outlook to faciliate this
function more efficiently. I am using Outlook 2003.
