Creating a summary Page.

I know this might be a simple task for some but I am having a really hard time doing this. I would like to create a grocery-like list for a catering business in which the user can select how much of an item they need in "Sheet 1" and get a summary of the items needed in "Sheet 2" for printing purposes. Please help...
