Creating a tab delimited export

A2003 (older versions are similar)
File
Export
change Files of Type to Text Files (*.txt, etc.)
Export
The wizard appears with Delimited checked. (This is what you want)
Next
Choose Tab, Include FieldNames, TextQualifier (use " or None)
Next

Advanced
Save As...
Give it a name so you can reuse it the future! Or in code.

Finish
