Creating a web based quality management system

Hi,

I am exploring for the best tool to create a quality management system that
will use web form s based on many-to-one tables. In a recent past I used
data access pages in combination with SharePoint. The major shortcoming was
the issue with attaching a file to a form, I never found a solution to do
that with daps.

Can I use InfoPath to do that (the many-to-one table relationship is
critical)? Can I use Access 2007 to do that? Is there a better Microsoft
tool to do that?

Thanks

Certainly ms-access is not the tool here.

It is rather simple that ms-access is not web based tool.

So, access is the wrong tool, and thus the wrong technology.

I would suggest something like asp.net.

If I was using access, then you would NOT create a web based application,
but install the application on each desktop, and then connect to a server
based system running either SharePoint, or sql server.

ms-access is simply the wrong tool for web based stuff and it not going to
help you here....
