Hello,
I have a user that already has 3 additional contact
folders under her mail folder that were converted to 2003
version when we upgraded her to Office 2003. However, now
when she tries to add an additional folder she is getting
the error message "Unable to create the folder." Our LAN
Administration group doesn't believe there are any
settings in her network account that would block her from
creating the folder. I can't locate any settings that
would block this on her profile on the PC. Anyone have
any ideas?
