I need to create a new/modified calendar print style in Outlook that
uses the daily calendar with the hours vertically shown, but in a
weekly 2 page layout.
The weekly print style puts all the appointments at the top of the
box, instead of placing them by time (e.g. the 8 am and 7 pm
appointments are on the first two lines of the daily box. I want them
spread out proportionally like the daily page does it, so I can pencil
in the mid-day appointments.
Is there an add-on or easy way to get this result?
Alternatively, I can print the daily calendar four to a page, but then
Sunday changes position, since it prints 8 days to the two page
spread. Is there a way to get the print style to go to the top of the
next page after printing 7 days?
This cannot be so difficult, can it?
Thanks.
