Creating an 8 page newletter on 11 x 17 pager

How do you create an 8 page newsletter that will print on 11 x 17 pager where:
pages 1 & 8 and pages 2 & 7 are on the front and back of the 11 x17 piece
and where pages 3 & 6 and 4 & 5 are printed on a different piece of 11 x 17
paper?

Setup your printer for 11 x 17 (tabloid) landscape, setup your page for booklet.
Publisher automatically will put your pages in the correct order.
