Creating an Acronym list

Is there any "automated" way to extract Acronyms from a document to help in building an acronym list

Well, since spell check can catch unrecognized words, I was thinking there might be a feature to compile a list of all of the "Unrecognizable" words

None that I know of. The "Spelling and Grammer Checker" will show you
them one at a time and then you would have to add them to the "list" or
custom dictionary file yourself.
