creating an ERD with Visio

I am doing an Access db and I need a tool to create the ERD. I have Visio
on my computer but only Standard which doesn't seem to work at all.
Professional has a template for ERD's but my boss does'nt want to purchase a
new license . Is there any way to create an ERD in Visio Standard? If
there isn't then is there a free tool for the PC? The one I have at home is
Omnigraffle but that is for the Mac. The free version doesn't print but I
can get around that by taking a screen shot.
