Hi.
Are you trying to create an MDE file from a database file in Access 2000
database format? If so, you'll have a problem. You can only create an MDE
file in the version of Access that you are currently operating. To create an
Access 2002 MDE file, convert the file to Access 2002 database format, then
try to create the MDE file. If you still have problems, please see the
