Creating an Online survey with FP 2003

Greetings !
I already have experience in creating an online form that publishes form
results to an Access Database but I was wondering if anyone could provide
some advice on how to set up an online survey that has multiple stages to
it. For example, the first part of the survey would ask a series of
questions and then the user would click "Next" for the next series of
questions and so on....

I would do the survey all on one asp page but this one's really lengthy and
I'd like to break it up.

Is this possible with FP2003 and an asp server ?

Any help would be great !
