Creating an Outlook contact in access

Hi,
I have linked an access database to my contacts usning linked tables. I
have a form which displays these contacts.

When I add a new contact to the form, it appears in my contacts in Outlook
BUT...

when I try to open this 'contact', instead of getting a window opening with
the title
"John Smith - Contact", I get a window opening with the title "Untitled
Discussion". It seems that the 'contact' isn't really recognised as such.

Is there any way around this problem?
