Hi All,

Can someone help me figure out how to create an Outlook rule that will copy
emails from one folder into another? Or let me know where a template can be
downloaded or imported into Outlook. I am using Outlook XP. Thanks.

Rules work on incoming and outgoing items. Which are you interested in handling?

Hi Sue,

Thanks for replying. I would like to set a rule for an incoming message,
move the message into a pst folder and then have a copy placed in a public
folder.
Rules work on incoming and outgoing items. Which are you interested in handling?

Include an action to forward to the message to the public folder's email address.
