Creating an updated Office installation CD

How can a customer create a physical installation CD (not s shared
installation folder) containing either Office 2003 and the latest service
pack and updates so that I can install Office 2003 with the latest updates?
I found articles describing how to do for Office XP, what about Office 2003?
