creating an xlst form

I'm trying to create a print view in Word. I've got the word doc designed
from the xsn, but when I try to complete the action, I get this error message:

runtime error
Program c:\windows\system32\mshta.exe
This application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way.
Please contact the Applications support team for more information.

Any idea what's happening?
