creating AND conditions based on subject

I'm trying to set up a rule (or a set of rules) that will execute an
action (move to a folder) based on 2 separate words in the subject.

EG: Subject: John has a message for you
I want to look for the words "John" and "message".
An OR condition won't do the job nor will the string
"John message".

As far as I can figure, I can't just set up one rule as searching the
subject only gives me an OR condition. I could set up conditions, one
based on the "words appearing in the subject" and the other on "words
appearing in the subject or body" but I'm figuring I'd get a bunch of
false positives here.

Any ideas?
