Creating and Viewing a Group (Shared) Calendar

I have eight people I would like to keep track of on a
shared calendar. Ihave forgotten how to set one up and
what the requirements are. I think it has to be done on
the server - correct? Anyway, I would appreciate any help
anyone can give me. Also, would love to have a screen
print showing what it looks like. the people I work with
don't think it can be done and I did it a few years ago at
as different company. I need help asap.

If you are on Office 2000 and later it doesn't have to be
from a server. The master calendar user goes to File/
Share to set it up.
