Creating Backup Server

I am in the process of creating a backup server. I have installed the same
software as our production server. I have installed Project2003, wss etc. on
the backup server.

I have the following components
- ProjectServer database
- Wss Content database
- Wss Config database

What steps do i need to get the backup server running like the production
server?
