Creating Billable Costs in Project Server 2007

I am trying to track our internal costs and billable costs (to our clients).
What is the best way to do this in Project / Project Server 2007?

We use this to help cost out jobs for our client but also to show
profitability on the project, etc.

I found an old article here but this is using a macro and i am not sure if
it applies to anything project server centric:
