Creating bleeds for word documents

I need to set up bleeds for a 45 page word.docx. Some of the pages have
different backgrounds. Does anyone have knowledge or creative solutions for
how this might be accomplished?

Better use something like Acrobat for this.
Convert your document to a PDF file first.
