In works 4.5, after clicking labels, then size tab, no gridlines show so I can copy and paste ten business cards. I've tried clicking tables and that didn't work. I've been at this all day, need some help!

Haven't used Works for this purpose, we use Publisher '03, works like a charm even with older file templates that we created using previous versions.
You will need to post your operating system for accurate help.

Avery Design Pro is a free full featured label, etc. creator available at the
Avery Website. It will allow you to easily make your business cards with
custom text and graphics if you wish. It's worth a try. I use it regularly and
love it.
