Creating button on form to prompt custom filter window

Hello, I'm trying to create a button on a form that would prompt the "Custom
Filter" (Text filter ---> Contains) window to show up. I can't find it on
the RunCommand on the Macros, I'm thinking that it has to be done through
visual basic, but I don't have much experience with that. Any ideas?
