creating clickable links inside layers

Using a tutorial I found in this community, I made a menu, but now I can't
seem to figure out how to make the text into hyperlinks... and how to get it
to navigate to a new page. It seems like I solve one issue and it spawns
another. I am new to layers, but am using them to create a flyout/dropdown
menu using layers and behavoirs. The "gotourl" behavoir is not working...
but then I thought "where would that url open anyways?"

Any aid in this would be much appreciated.
