Creating Data Analysis Views

I have manage views pemissions and can create or edit all views except Data
Analysis views. When I attempt to create a Data Analysis view as soon as I
select "Data Analysis" in the View Type drop diown list I get an error screen
saying I do not have permission to create the view. I can work with the views
already created but I cannot create new ones.

Can someone tell me where the permission setting is that allows me to create
Data Analysis views?

According to the technet article at
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc197306.aspx you must sign on as
an Admin to create Data Analysis views.
