Creating disappearing text in a template

I am attempting to create a template for some co-workers who need a play by
play to use it. So I want to enter instructions that allow the user to click
on the paragraph, have the paragraph disappear and allow the user to enter
new text.
I have seen this in other templates but am unable to find how to create it
in my "template".
Can someone pass along some suggestions, please?
