Creating Distribution List in Address Book for Outlook

D

Deb

I have been able to create distribution lists in Contacts,
but I need to have one in the address book, and since we
went from Outlook Express to Outlook, it doesn't offer the
option.
Also, is there any way to alphabetize my address book,
currently it is alphabetical till a certain point, then
each new entry comes in at the bottom.
Thanks.

What version of Outlook? ALso, have you tried File->New->Distribution list?
The DL will show in your contacts folder.

Hi Milly,
Thanks for answering. I am using Office XP Professional
I have been creating DL in the contact section (although
they won't underline like the old ones do, and won't send)
But I can't find any way to do more than create
individuals in the Address section.
Also, is there any way to alphabetize the address list?
Thanks, Deb

What address section? Where are you putting the addresses? They should be
in the Contacts folder, not the Address Book.
