I would like to be able to create Outlook distribution
lists using Access.
We use an MSAccess database to record data for several
hundred people and then use macros to output reports that
are used as distribution lists.
This works seamlessly using Pegasus as the email client
and using a text file output format, but I cannot figure
out a way of outputting a file to be used in Outlook.
We have varying criteria for the reports and a frequently
changing record set, so the only way to keep lists up to
date is to use a database.
Please help!
