Hi I'm having a small problem, I seem to have to Create Rules more than once
for the the same email address.

Can any one please help on this issue.

Have you patched Office XP to at least SP-2?

Hi Milly,
Ok OS XP Proffessional SP 1
MS Office 2002 SP 2

Create a rule with dns suffix (e-mail address removed). The rule is then
applied. Rule works OK when I check the apply rule to all messages in inbox
the message is subsequently sent to a folder called "Books" subfolder in
the Inbox folder.

The next time Outloook is launched I notice that (e-mail address removed) is
in my "inbox" folder and not "books" folder. Although my rules seems to be
setup ok.

Hope this helps.

Do you have a "stop processing more rules" option after each rule? Include
that and see if it starts working.

| || Could you describe your situation in a bit more depth? I was under
|| the impression that your rules would not run automatically and that
|| you had to run them manually upon Outlook's startup.
||
|| If this is not the case, then please elaborate.
