Creating dynamic textboxes on form

Hi,

is it possible to create controls like textboxes in realtime, for example
when i press a button or changing the view?
What i would like to achieve is some matrix in which the rows are static and
the columns are dynamic. The otherway around is possible i think with a
repeating section, but the customer insist of having the columns dynamic
instead of the rows.

Hi,

With optionnal section or conditionnal formatting you can make this if
the field is design mode!

But you can't add a textbox for example with code! If the control is
not bound to the schema infopath can't save the content!

So you mean i have to predefine a set of fields and when i need them i make
them visible? And what do you mean in design mode? I need to show and fill
the fields when a selection is made out of a drop down box real time.
I thought i once read that it is also not possible to set some properties
when the form in running.
