creating e-forms

Hello.
I've created a e-form from a older version of Outlook for my department at
the company I work for. When the receipents receive this form, on the
screen, the appearance is fine. It displays the information that I want to
display, However, when they attempt to print those results out, my fields
and values print but not in the way of the form. Can anyone give me some
direction? I would like to customize my output results so that they too can
be formatted in the way of my form. I don't have the developer's version
loaded on my PC. Would I need to have that version installed in order to do
the customization of my output? Thank you for your time.
