Hello,
I have inadvertently deleted the association/link to my Excel programme and
so I can no longer click onto my Excel icon on my desktop as what I will call
the 'gateway' has been removed.
I can still access and use Excel in the regular manner but I had to create a
shortcut, which allows me to side-step the initial gateway. From my own
research it would seem I need to create a new 'association' between the
programme and the linkage into the programme from the gateway.
Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions as to how this can be done? I
currently work on an archaic system, Microsoft Office 2000 Premium and I
cannot restore what was deleted via the Folders Option in Control Panel.
Thank you in advance for any information anyone can send my way.
