Creating EXE file

I created a database in Access and i want to create exe file and then i want
to use this file in a other system in which MS-Access is not installed

You can create an installation disk and use the runtime version of Access.

In previous versions, you had to purchase the Developer version of Access to
do that. In Access 2007, Microsoft has made the developer extensions free:

In practice, you will need to wait until MS releases SP1 for the runtime.
(Currently it doesn't work with a binary created in A2007 SP1.)
