CREATING FUNCTIONAL REPORTS EASILY

I have created flowcharts with boxes with displayed text the name of the task
(eg raw materials collection).I have also connected these boxes to others
with dislayed text the name of the task's supervisor(eg john b).
How can i create a report in EXCEL with columns that indicate which task is
assigned to the respective supervisor? Inserting properties to the boxes is
not a feasible solution due to the fact that i have created hundrends
drawings with hundrend tasks!!

I hink you will need a little code to do this. Could be done with VBA.
The Visio SDK contains an example of how to "walk" connections.
