I am not sure this can be done, but it seems like it would be probable, I
just don't know how to go about this.
I have 175 project plans that go into one master plan. Each plan has a set
of 19 milestones/tasks per site location at the top of the plan each with
their own timeline. I am looking to build a view of a gantt chart that will
show all 175 of those projects spanning time for each one of the 19
milestone/tasks. Meaning I would have per site location only 19 bars that
would span the time for each bar of the 175 projects.
Example:
Project 1
Milestone/task 1 starts Sept 1st ends Sept 15th
Milestone/task 2 starts Oct 1st ends Oct 15th
Project 2
Milestone/task 1 starts Sept 5th ends Sept 25th
Milestone/task 2 starts Oct 8st ends Oct 18th
So in this scenario at the master project level, I would show Milestone/task
1 bar starting Sept 1st and spanning thru to Sept 25th and Milestone/task2
bar would start on Oct 1st and span thru to Oct 18th.
Sorry for the long explanation, but any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Josh
