creating global navigation bars

I'm new to web design and I was wondering if someone could
give me a high level overview of how I would go about
creating global navigation bars in fp2000. any guidance
would be appreciated. thanks.

View navigation and drag pages from your Folder list to the same level as you home page
In you pages apply a nav bar using top level

First, switch to Navigation View and arrange all your
pages in a suitable heirarchy.

Then, chose Shared Borders from the Tools menu, set Apply
To to All Pages, select Top, select Include Navigation
Buttons, and click OK.
