Are you sitting comfortably? This is a hard one, and I
will be most grateful for anyone out there who can help me!
I create a report on a daily basis, which is linked to
multiple workbooks. These are updated daily with different
figures.
What I would like to do is make my report publish the
figures in a graph format daily, but the data changes
every day. I would like to make a formula that will look
at the data on daily basis, and publish it continuously so
that a graph is published representing every day's data.
ie Mon 01 25
Tue 02 22
Wed 03 33
And the graph data looks at Mon and brings the figures in
and publishes them. Then on Tues looks at the figures and
publishes these alongside Mon.
Does any of this make sense? I have looked at indirect
addresses and offsetting, but cannot work out how to make
one workbook look at data daily on another workbook by
date.
thank you
