Creating grids in InfoPath

I am trying to create a dynamic grid in InfoPath. The grid requires dynamic
fields placed horizonatally and vertially. I have tried using a repeating
table control but you cannot place that horizontally on a page. I am
currently using InfoPath 2003 with SP1.

Basically what I am trying to do is create a grid that grabs fields from
another form and places them horizontally and vertically. So I would like to
place one field horizontally and the other vertically across the page. These
fields are read-only but I need to display them.
Ex.
Appt1 Appt2 Appt3
Cust1
Cust2
Cust3

The Appt and Cust fields come from repeating tables in another form.
